AIS Recognises High Performing Students – Semester 3, 2017

A “Recognition of Academic Achievement Ceremony” is held each semester to award high performing students.

Postgrad Students who achieve can earn a trophy for their mantle piece

Speaking of the event, Nick Arnott – Study Auckland Manager said:

I‘m very happy that you chose our city to study. We hope you enjoy yourselves here. We hope you make the most of our beautiful city. And you’re welcome here, that’s the key message. Auckland is a very multi-cultural city. International education is a big part of our economy and we really want you to feel a part of the city while you are here.

Nick also emphasised that:

We really want you to think of settling down in Auckland and working here after you graduate. Auckland is a growing city, we have a lot of job opportunities and we need young talent coming into our economy. So, if you have the right skills, you study in Auckland, and you’re happy in Auckland, we would love you to stay and become a resident and an Aucklander.
